Reviews and Ratings <br />
I found the hotel to be quite dated and lacking in many areas, particularly with the staff’s English skills and the overall service quality. I appreciated the spacious rooms, but the dining experience was far from satisfactory. It’s clearly suitable for large groups, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
My stay at the resort was quite disappointing overall. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the service definitely fell short with language barriers and unfriendly staff. The restaurant served decent northern Vietnamese food, but the dining experience was overshadowed by repeated mistakes with orders. It’s a shame because the overall atmosphere of the resort has potential, but the poor interaction with staff really affected my experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the rooms were clean and spacious, the service left much to be desired due to language barriers. Dining options were limited, but the Vietnamese cuisine offered was decent. The property itself had a large, vintage vibe, which may appeal to some, but I found the overall experience lacking in hospitality.
The hotel has a charming old-fashioned vibe and spacious rooms, making it suitable for larger groups. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired with language barriers and a lack of friendliness. The dining experience was average with some authentic local cuisine, but I wouldn't count on it for every meal. Overall, it feels more like a conference venue than a relaxing retreat.
The resort has a charming old-fashioned vibe, making it suitable for large gatherings. While the rooms are spacious and clean, getting by with the staff's limited English can be quite frustrating. The dining offers some decent Northern Vietnamese dishes, but overall the service leaves much to be desired. It's a mixed bag, with highlights including the roomy accommodations and bearable food, but the lack of communication skills among staff and general service quality are significant downsides.
