I found the hotel to be quite dated and lacking in many areas, particularly with the staff’s English skills and the overall service quality. I appreciated the spacious rooms, but the dining experience was far from satisfactory. It’s clearly suitable for large groups, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The restaurant served decent northern Vietnamese food, but the dining experience was overshadowed by repeated mistakes with orders. It’s a shame because the overall atmosphere of the resort has potential, but the poor interaction with staff really affected my experience.
